For security and organisational reasons, our employees never work alone, except for special cases. There is a project manager for each task.

On each task, one of our employees is an in-company first aider (Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail). Our staff get also regular health and safety training (electrical, mechanical, and chemical hazards; how to erect, use, and inspect a scaffolding; safety harness…).

Operations in nuclear environment

Some of our teams have been trained to operate in a nuclear environment (PR1, HN qualifications…). These employees are classified as category B workers and, therefore, are under reinforced medical supervision. For tasks on Installations Nucléaire de Base (INB- stationary nuclear facilities) under the French decree INB, INNOGEO created a special procedure: our teams include a technical inspector to control the Activities Important for Protection (AIP) on the Elements Important for Protection (EIP). There is a person in charge in-house to check compliance with the INB procedure.

ORGANISATION CHART INNOGEO – MARCH 2014

INNOGEO counts 14 employees as of March 2014, including the President and CEO, 8 engineer, 3 operational technicians, one R&D engineer, and one executive assistant.
