December 2010 – Vibration studies
In the last quarter 2010, INNOGEO carried out many vibration studies. Amongst them was a vibration measurements campaign part of a simulation of structure fall near pipes, a study of the vibration reduction power of synthetic foam placed in the ground, and a study to determine the effects of vibrations coming from road and rail traffic on housing properties. The study of vibrations is one of INNOGEO’s main area of expertise.
September 2010 – East European High-Speed Rail Line
The companies lead by GUINTOLI, in charge of the lots 41 and 42 during the second phase of the construction of the East European High-Speed line, entrusted INNOGEO with the geophysical survey of cavities on the sites. The surveys will take place between October 2010 and the end of 2011.
May 2010 – New equipment
INNOGEO acquired a gravimeter SCINTREX CG5 AUTOGRAV and a GPS system LEICA ZENO 15. Both are set to be delivered within the next two months.
April 2010 – 2009 customer satisfaction survey results
We carried out a satisfaction survey in early 2010 about our interventions in 2009. We obtained a response rate of 80 % to the following five questions:
- Request, did we take into account your request? : 100 % satisfied (81 % very satisfied)
- Reply time, How well did we meet your needs? : 100 % satisfied (81 % very satisfied)
- Quality of service: 100% satisfied (60 % very satisfied)
- Quality of report: 100% satisfied (62 % very satisfied)
- Observation of deadlines: 95% satisfied (67 % very satisfied)
These are encouraging results prompting us to pursue our efforts to satisfy our clients completely.
